How to Advertise

Advertising on the Eastern Cape Guide website or in the publications is a simple matter. Each region has its own sales department and by making contact with a sales representative or by registering online you can place an advert or a listing. All advertisers in the magazines automatically get listed on the website directory at no extra charge. There are four ways to appear on the website directory, please have a look at our register online page for more information. Should you require us to design an advert for you, the layout and design is done free of charge. We will only place your advert once you have given your approval. Alternatively you may supply us with an advert that you have had designed elsewhere. In this case, your advert must match our advert dimensions and minimum format specifications (see below). Format of art work General Images of logo's obtained from websites is not of acceptable quality. No artwork setup on Microsoft Word or Coral Draw will be accepted. No advert will be scanned from another publication or from prints produced from bubble jet or laser printers for reproduction. Apple Mac Indesign, Illustrator or Freehand: File to be collected for output and fonts converted to paths. PDF's, TIFF's and EPS's: These should be supplied on CD in CMYK colour mode. Email: PDF's, TIFF's and ESP's may be converted to JPG format to be emailed. All .jpegs to be high resolution. PC High resolution JPG's and PDF's (press print quality) via email.
